This February break I recomend reading the series The Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins. It is probably a good book for older students to read. In the first part of the book it was a little boring I have to admit, but once you get to the games you can’t put it down.
Another great series I know you all heard about is Harry Potter by J.K. Rowling. It’s another book that throws a hook. Hope you enjoy these great book selections!

    Ms.Davis,
What are the Mexican states questions you need to answer?

    • Ms. Davis March 3, 2012 at 11:34 am #

Hi Hannah! Sorry, but I don’t have those questions written down. Mr. Feldman wrote them on the white board in the library and asked you to write them in your notebook, remember? The basic assignment is that you should be able to explain what is in your state: capital, landforms, major attractions. For specifics, however, I would definitely suggest you call a friend in class and hope they wrote down the questions! Good luck!

Ooooh Jenna, Anne Frank was an amazing person. She was a young Jewish girl who had to go into hiding during World War II. You should read her diary when you come back to school in September.
